Driver / Medical Transportation Provider

Become a Mobile Care Professional with Provado and work as an independent contractor, providing reliable transportation to health plan members for medical appointments. Earn $100 to $250 per day, depending on availability and completed trips.

Requirements

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have held a driver's license for at least 2 years
• Own a clean, mid-size 4-door vehicle in good cosmetic and operating condition
• Have a clean driving record with no more than (2) violations or at fault accident within the last (3) years
• Pass a complete criminal background check
