Job Description
We are looking for a Caregiver - Direct Support Professional to join our team at PROVAIL. The successful candidate will provide support and assistance to clients in all activities of daily living, and will be a member of our Supported Living Program. Requirements
- Provide physical support and assistance to clients in their daily living activities
- Maintain a clean living environment
- Complete delegated tasks as directed by the Registered Delegating Nurse (RND)
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation
- Assist and support clients to be active members of their communities
- Ensure that the client is treated as a valued member of their home and community
- Promptly report concerns about client abuse, neglect, or mistreatment
