Requirements
- Manage a caseload and maintain required monthly service hours.
- Develop person-centered employment plans that reflect participants' interests, skills, and goals.
- Conduct discovery to explore participants' skills and interests and observe participants in familiar and novel settings to get a clear idea of parameters needed for a job
