Charge Nurse PRN

Providence Health Group is seeking a Charge Nurse (LPN or RN) to provide direct nursing care and supervisory responsibilities to residents in a long-term healthcare facility. The role involves direct patient care, coordinating nursing activities, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations. Requirements

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with current state license.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of organization.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills.
