Job Description
Providence St. Mary Medical Center is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead its clinical care delivery and serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership team. The CMO will have cross continuum leadership of clinical care delivery and will be responsible for ensuring clinical considerations inform all strategic decisions. The successful candidate will have a substantive record of leadership in a complex, integrated delivery region of scale with the ability to use technology and data to impact the ministries and facilities across the region.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Appropriate board certification
- An advanced degree in healthcare administration, business administration or a related field (desirable)
- 10 years of related sr. physician leadership experience
