Job description
Manage, configure, and monitor infrastructure and services in hybrid cloud data centers to ensure operational continuity of IT solutions. Collaborate with IT teams to provision services, recover systems, and minimize business impact. Participate in SCRUM/Agile ceremonies to contribute ideas and solutions.
Manage data center infrastructure, enable new services, apply continuous improvement processes, manage backup tools, coordinate team activities, review service annexes, and participate in problem management.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science, advanced English level, Windows Server System Administration, ITIL certification, and experience in public and private cloud services, hybrid network architecture, and infrastructure administration.
