Requirements

• Minimum one years experience as a Cook in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to demonstrate basic knife skills.
• Knowledge of sanitary practices.
• Ability to read, math, and interpret recipes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and physical activity.
