
Job description
The IT Support Analyst provides first line technical assistance and support for staff operating in the US time zone, responding to queries, diagnosing and isolating problems, and determining and implementing solutions. The role involves managing regional third-party partners to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
Provide first line support to internal users, respond to requests for technical assistance, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, and ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of tickets.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an IT support role, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, and understanding of IT security policies and data protection regulations.
