Role Overview

As a Consultant at Proxima, you will be part of client-facing teams delivering high-impact commercial, sourcing, and supplier initiatives. You will support the development of insights, contribute to solution design, and play an active role in delivering outcomes, not just recommendations.

What You Will Do

Support delivery across client engagements, contribute to category management and sourcing activities, assist with opportunity identification, supplier research, and commercial analysis, build structured fact bases, analyze data, use Excel and data analysis techniques, support benefits tracking and progress against delivery milestones, engage and collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in consulting, procurement, supply chain, or a related analytical role
• Experience supporting project delivery and managing stakeholder engagement across workstreams
• Strong analytical capability and confidence working with data
• Consulting mindset
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A proactive, ownership-oriented approach to your work
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
• Flexibility and growth orientation
• Willingness to travel as required
