Process Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Process Engineer to serve as a process and equipment reference-state owner for critical manufacturing systems at our Dallas, Texas facility. This role is accountable for defining, protecting, and continuously improving the fundamental conditions under which machines and processes operate to deliver stable, repeatable, and optimal performance.

What You Will Do

The Process Engineer proactively ensures that equipment operates in its designed reference state, and that robust processes exist to keep it there. From this stable foundation, the role applies Six Sigma, advanced analytics, AI-enabled tools, and structured continuous improvement methods to systematically reduce process variation, increase equipment uptime, and improve OEE, cost, and throughput.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong mechanical intuition, systems thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work effectively with hourly and salaried personnel across operations, maintenance, and engineering
