Job Description
Prudential is seeking a talented Assistant Manager – Claims Management to join their Experience team in Mumbai. The role involves guiding TPA processing teams, ensuring claims are processed according to company procedures, and managing regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Doctor by training (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BDS)
- 3-5 years' experience in health insurance claim processing management
- At least 1-2 years' experience as team leader managing and holding responsibility for daily claim flow
- TPA ecosystem experience and experience of managing TPA model
- Startup experience or setting up a team from scratch (preferred)
- Decisive and creative individual with quick decision-making skills and good judgment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong negotiation skills
- Ability to manage change and open to embracing it
