Join our Cable Manufacturing Plant Based in Cromer and contribute to creating an environment where risks are identified and controlled and targeted programs are executed to mitigate specific risks.

Requirements

• Develop and implement HSE strategies to support risk reduction and HSE awareness.
• Design and deliver HSE training programs to support system implementation, skill development & risk reduction.
• Influence site management teams to drive KPI achievement and accountability.
• Assist in the development, implementation and accreditation of the ANZ HSE Management System that meet ISO 45001 and ISO 1400.
• Supporting RTW Coordinator in all RTW management activities and Team Member rehabilitation strategies and wellbeing programs.
• Run Site Safety Committee meetings and administer changes that follow up on employee concerns.
• Contribute to monthly toolbox talks and training sessions for employees
