Lead daily operations in the Thermoforming and Extrusion departments, overseeing production employees and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Supervise production employees, ensure production schedules are met, monitor product quality, and optimize machine performance.
Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills required, with 5+ years of manufacturing or plastics industry experience preferred.
