We are seeking a Site Management Associate to start their career in clinical research, streamlining communication, maintaining systems and managing documents & information. Requirements
- College/University Degree
- Administrative work experience, preferably in an international setting
- Life Sciences degree is a plus
- Full working proficiency in English and Croatian
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving abilities, flexibility
- Team-oriented with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including a positive attitude to tasks and projects
