
Job description
As our Desktop Support Technician, you'll play a key role supporting Psomas employees across assigned regional offices, providing frontline technical assistance, troubleshooting day-to-day technology issues, and ensuring employees have a reliable and seamless technology experience.
Provide technical support, maintain endpoint systems, and help deliver a dependable and positive user experience across the organization. This includes end user support & troubleshooting, systems & application support, user account administration, device deployment & asset management, documentation & ticket management, and team collaboration & operational support.
We're looking for someone with strong customer service, communication, and time management skills, with hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic Active Directory tasks.
