Job Description
We are seeking a Hybrid Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Senior Life Solutions in Breckenridge, MN. As a therapist, you will work with a small disciplinary team to provide services to older adults aged 65 and above, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches and developing personalized treatment plans.
Requirements
- Licensure: License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state
