We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Brand Partnership Specialist to join our team, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, crafting creative partnership proposals, and ensuring revenue targets are met through strategic collaborations.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably within a Creative Agency, Digital Media, or Startup environment.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficient in Google Slides/PowerPoint and a solid understanding of digital advertising metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, Engagement Rates).
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
