Senior Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to lead the design and development of critical features in PTC's flagship PLM product Windchill, with a strong focus on MPMLink modules.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• 6–10 years of experience in software development with Java / J2EE / OOAD
• Experience with module design, performance tuning, and scalability
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor engineers
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
