Production Coordinator

Role Overview

We're looking for a Production Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our Studio team, keeping projects moving, people informed, and productions running smoothly across a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

Coordinate schedules, manage logistics, track deliverables, and ensure the right people have the right information at the right time. Manage production schedules, coordinate shoot logistics, and track deliverables against agreed timelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in a production coordination, project management or studio operations role
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools
• Monday.com experience highly desirable
• Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines and shifting priorities
• A solid understanding of video production workflows
• Experience managing supplier relationships, processing purchase orders and supporting budget tracking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
