
Job description
Support engineering capability development across CAAS and the digitalisation of selected operational workflows through IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
Coordinate and support the implementation of structured technical training programmes, migrate existing workflows to ITSM platforms, and support user readiness and adoption.
Strong technical foundation, analytical skills, effective communication and stakeholder management skills, and ability to work effectively in a changing operational environment.
