Snr Exec/Dy Mgr - Mentoring & Integrated Care Mgmt [ITE Headquarters] – 2 Yr Cr

The Senior Executive / Deputy Manager will partner with Colleges and HQ Divisions to strengthen student development through mentoring frameworks and social work support, working with students, families, and stakeholders to enable student completion and access resources.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant working and industry experience in Student development, mentoring & integrated care
• Strong IT knowledge, proficient in digitalisation, AI tools and knowledge of automation
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Attention to details, and adept at time management and with high standard of numeracy skills
• Good knowledge of social services landscape in Singapore
• Adept in data analysis, visualization and management of statistical data which require submissions to other governmental agencies
