The Facilities Services Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of a multi-state facilities portfolio, responsible for receiving, prioritizing, and assigning maintenance work orders, partnering with internal departments, and managing external vendors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required, additional technical or vocational training is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, project management, or related field
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle
