As a Manager Land Development, you'll be responsible for managing field or office operations of the land development function, overseeing large Master Plan or multiple smaller projects, and coordinating with contractors, inspectors, engineers, and master developers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related functional experience in land development/homebuilding construction
• Valid Driver's License
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent
