Global Learning and Development Analyst

The Learning and Development Analyst is responsible for managing and executing Learning and Development initiatives, managing the Learning Management System and Learner Experience Platforms, and providing accurate Learning Reports. The role requires robust analytical, planning, and coordination skills, alongside proven expertise in stakeholder and project management, and systems thinking.

Requirements

• Graduate/Post Graduate qualification in HR or related field
• 3 years’ experience as an HR coordinator/L&D coordinator
• Oil or Chemical industry experience an advantage.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and matrixed global organization.
• Background in LMS administration, preferably with Workday or Degreed, will be an advantage.
