International Customs & Trade Team Leader

We are looking for an International Customs & Trade Team Leader to oversee globally scoped activities, ensure compliant shipment documentation, and lead a diverse team. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain, and has experience in an international logistics / trade environment. They should be a structured, accurate, and process-minded professional with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain
• Experience in an international logistics / trade environment
• Knowledge of customs, trade compliance, and international documentation for road/sea/air shipments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
• Preferably speaks Dutch and/or French, or is willing to learn both languages
