Senior QA Automation Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with 6–8 years of experience to independently design, develop, and maintain UI, API, and end-to-end automation frameworks for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities include creating reusable components, debugging automation issues, maintaining regression suites, supporting manual testing whenever required, and collaborating with the team through tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• 6–8 years in automation testing across UI, API, and end-to-end testing
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar
• Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or equivalent
• Worked on GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc. AI tools for efficiency gain
• Familiarity with defect tracking and DevOps tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Strong version control experience with Git or equivalent
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps pipelines, or similar
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of automation deliverables
• Support manual testing tasks as needed
• Strong learning agility to adapt to new tools and technologies
