As a Senior Associate in our Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Assurance Services team, you’ll play an important role in delivering technical advisory services focused on assessing business readiness for IPOs, capital raisings, and other complex capital market transactions, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements, financial reporting, and strategic considerations.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise: 2-4 years’ experience in technical accounting, corporate finance, advisory, or Audit roles, with exposure to capital markets transactions or IPO readiness preferred
- Strong Knowledge: Understanding of accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and market practices relevant to IPOs and capital raisings
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex financial and business information, assess risks, and provide insightful, actionable recommendations
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Collaborative Mindset: A team player who supports colleagues, shares knowledge, and contributes positively to client engagements
