
Job description
The Business Development / Capture Specialist supports the identification, qualification, and capture of strategic growth opportunities within the federal government marketplace. This person assists in developing customer and partner relationships, conducting market and competitive analysis, and supporting business development and capture activities throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
Support business relationships, conduct market research, monitor procurement forecasts, and assist in developing account plans and market penetration strategies. Collaborate with capture managers, proposal teams, and operational leadership to support development of compliant and competitive solutions.
This role requires a strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
