Head of Change Management

The Head of Change Management will lead and execute comprehensive change management strategies, ensuring seamless transitions in technology, processes, and organizational structure within the Digital Office. The role will utilize AI-assisted tools and analytics to identify adoption patterns, stakeholder sentiment, and areas requiring targeted interventions.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years direct and relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or advanced study in Digital Transformation, Change Leadership, or AI for Business
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus
• Knowledge of AI tools used in digital transformation (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, SAP Joule, or similar AI assistants)
• Ability to translate AI analytics and adoption metrics into actionable change management strategies
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles, data privacy, and ethical use of AI in workforce transformation
