As we continue to grow, both organically and through acquisitions, we are strengthening our financial team and seeking a Senior Business Controller who combines strong analytical skills with a business-partnership approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, planning and financial analysis (FP&A) or similar role, preferably in an international environment or in a matrix-structured organization.
- Experience in monthly closures, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex financial data into clear recommendations.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and in a multi-integrated tool environment.
- Understanding of the relationships between sales backlog, project finance, and P&L result.
- Excellent English language skills; additional European languages are an asset.
- Practical, pragmatic approach and ability to work both strategically and operationally.
- Willingness to travel for business (to the headquarters in Belgium and other locations of the group).
