Job description
The Claims Risk and Performance Manager will own and drive Claims Risk and Performance outcomes through two core accountabilities: To lead the Claims Risk & Resilience (CRR) function by developing claims‐led risk intelligence that identifies risks, informs mitigation strategies, and improves portfolio quality; To use claims data and insights to drive improved claims performance, cost control, operational efficiency, and portfolio outcomes through disciplined execution and incident management.
