We are seeking a Data & AI Strategy and Value Assurance, Senior Manager to shape Group Data & AI direction and value realisation. The role is responsible for leading the refresh and execution of QBE’s enterprise Data & AI strategy and ensuring strategic investment delivers tangible outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of shaping enterprise strategy and translating that strategy into measurable business value.

• Leading and supporting the refresh of the enterprise Data & AI strategy
• Facilitating Group and Divisional Data OKR alignment
• Leading business case development for enterprise Data & AI initiatives
• Designing and leading process and framework to enable oversight and assurance of Data & AI value delivery
