We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to join our Workers Compensation team. The successful candidate will work on a diverse portfolio of claims, provide coaching and training to Case Managers, and ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
Requirements
Extensive experience in a Workers Compensation claims role or similar role
Broad knowledge of Workers Compensation laws and compliance obligations
Demonstrated experience in supporting Case Manager coaching, decision making and technical claims management
