
Job description
Provide customer service support by answering inquiries, assisting with product and policy questions, and resolving billing issues. Operate a switchboard and perform administrative tasks.
Answer phone calls, process emails, and resolve billing issues. Provide personalized service, manage premium objections, and communicate information professionally.
Must have some relevant work experience, a tertiary degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred experience in call centre, insurance, and banking industries.
