
Job description
We are looking for an Underwriting Assistant to join our Financial Lines team in London. The role involves providing technical and administrative support to the underwriting team, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the underwriting process.
As an Underwriting Assistant, you will record and measure insurance risks, develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, capture accurate underwriting data, conduct research, and provide general administration support.
This role is suitable for someone with good numeracy and literacy skills, experience with complex data, and the ability to work collaboratively and develop successful working relationships.
