Requirements

• Leading and managing a team of engineers, technicians and laser scientists
• Leading and managing complex projects autonomously
• Establishing, implementing, managing and maintaining rigorous and effective complex project governance and controls
• Supporting the Products Manager and General Manager in the development, implementation and maintenance of other Directed Energy projects
• Engaging and managing contractors and suppliers to support project execution
