Receptionist

As a Receptionist, you will undertake a range of reception duties across the business, presenting a positive image of QinetiQ and ensuring that processes and procedure are followed. You will be the initial point of contact for any site visitors, providing reception service and assistance to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Previous experience working in a customer service environment
