We are an internationally successful and strongly growing IT consulting company for logistics. We are looking for a structured and reliable support for our office management in part-time.
Project accounting and support with invoice preparation, travel expense accounting, support in fleet management, organization and optimization of internal office processes, document management and administrative support, handling of incoming and outgoing mail.
Completed commercial training or comparable experience, structured, independent working style, reliability and organizational skills, safe handling of MS Office, good German knowledge, English knowledge is an advantage.
