
Job description
Develop the overall product process from laboratory scale to high volume manufacturing scale, providing research into specific applications and delivering technology and process capability to operate, maintain and improve manufacturing operations.
Conduct lab experiments, data analysis and documentation, provide technical insight, conduct FMEA and DOE, collaborate with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams, engage with customers to understand market trends and prioritize quality improvement projects.
Requires a professional working proficiency in Japanese, a thorough understanding of organic/inorganic/polymer chemistry and chemical engineering, ability to work independently and manage time across multiple projects, and demonstrated hands-on abilities on DOE, FMEA, and RCI.
