Join Qnity's tight-knit team to help solve problems in the rapidly evolving technology and connectivity landscape. As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will be the contact person for customer quality issues and requirements, building relationships with key customers and analyzing data to improve quality.
Conduct analytical techniques to dissect customer data, analyze defects, and communicate with customers to resolve issues. Regularly visit customers, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver improvement opportunities to manufacturing sites.
This role requires strong networking, interpersonal skills, and professionalism to deal with clients and business representatives. You will have the opportunity to drive quality improvement and contribute to the development of comprehensive quality improvement plans.
