QC Engineer

Role Overview

The QC Engineer plays a critical role in production organization and acts as a technical resource for QC personnel by applying technical skills to optimize QC and plant operations, resolve problems, and ensure the safe and efficient production of quality products.

What You Will Do

Understand applicable process technology, equipment and analytical equipment. Works with plant personnel to meet/exceed business and plant specific goals (safety, quality, reliability, cost, etc). Assist troubleshooting of manufacturing processes and/or equipment and analytical equipment, leads root cause investigation (RCI) and corrective/preventive actions implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of Science or Engineering, chemical or mechanical or analytical background is preferred
• Both Japanese and English, fluent in speaking and writing
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills in multi-discipline and/or cross-geographic team
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new knowledge and skills
• Open minded, embrace change
