The Shift Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for individuals with autism to develop mutual aid/self-help skills and live independently. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, provide tailored supports, and utilize psychiatric and medical backup services as needed.
