The Client Project Operations team provides governance, operational discipline and delivery support across QTC's Advisory Division and Queensland Government Consulting Services (QGCS). We're seeking a Client Project Operations - Business Partner to support client-facing teams by strengthening portfolio discipline, uplifting delivery capability and embedding fit-for-purpose governance and ways of working across Advisory and QGCS.

Requirements

• Act as a senior advisor to Advisory and QGCS leaders, ensuring projects are governed, compliant and value-focused
• Enable high-quality delivery across a portfolio of advisory and consulting engagements
• Own and evolve client-facing project and portfolio frameworks, tools and systems
• Provide hands-on coaching and delivery support to project leads and teams
• Drive portfolio reporting, assurance and insights for leadership, Board and ACC reporting
• Lead continuous improvement across portfolio operations, frameworks and tools
• Drive automation and process optimisation to improve efficiency and accuracy
