Senior Finance Business Partner

At QTC, we're seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to work closely with divisional leadership and key stakeholders, leading performance analysis and providing clear, strategic financial advice. This role combines commercial insight, trusted partnering, and strong governance, enabling better decision-making and improved business outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Senior Finance Business Partnering
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and financial modelling skills
• Proven track record in management and Board reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Solid grounding in financial/management accounting and corporate performance reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Well-organised and resilient, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven leadership experience within a Finance Business Partnering team
