Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

This role provides landscaping support and light maintenance duties to Oceanside RV Resort. The ideal candidate has 40 hours a week to fit their schedule and requires weekend availability. The role involves maintaining the landscaping and overall appearance of the property, providing general grounds maintenance, and supporting the maintenance lead with repairs and maintenance of community buildings and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Clean Driver's Abstract
• Clean background/criminal check
• Landscaping or previous maintenance experience an asset
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs infrequently
• Ability to work at heights
