Job description
Reporting to the Mechanical Operations Manager, the Mechanical Technician is an intermediate-level building technician responsible for providing operational maintenance and technical support as part of the building operations team. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that Oakridge Park's mechanical and electrical systems are managed and maintained safely, sustainably, and to the highest operational standards.
Assist trades, contractors, and building management with maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems. Install, repair, and maintain climate control and other mechanical systems within the building or portfolio.
