
Job description
The Property Administrator will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing and distributing tenant chargeback invoices, and maintaining billing systems. They will also assist with lease-related payments, prepare and reconcile monthly Visa transaction statements, and analyze and act on monthly aged receivables reports.
The Property Administrator will perform various administrative tasks, including entering monthly tenant sales, preparing monthly sales reports, and distributing them. They will also assist with preparation of various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and assist with annual budgeting process.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma supplemented with some post-secondary in business, real estate, or accounting, and 2 years of experience in property management and/or real estate property accounting role, or 4 + years of experience in an administrative role with a desire to work in the real estate industry.
