IT Systems Engineer

Qualco Technology is looking for an IT Systems Engineer with 4 years of experience to provide onsite and remote support to customers with critical response time requirements for their business technology systems. The role involves working independently and as part of a team to fulfill service requests, and requires excellent prioritization, responsiveness, and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Participate in the implementation and support of IT infrastructure
• Perform maintenance and system upgrades
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Monitor backup and redundancy strategies
• Prepare technical reports, problem reports, and status reports, and assist with documentation
• Administer virtualization systems, Microsoft servers and applications, and Microsoft Networking Services
