
Job description
Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service experience. The role involves working with clients, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to established guidelines. The position is full-time and based in Dumaguete, PH.
The main responsibilities include call/email/chat handling, resolving customer issues, answering product/service questions, troubleshooting technical issues, processing customer orders, and escalating issues to appropriate departments.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, effective communication skills, and basic knowledge in computer navigation and MS Office applications. Prior work experience is not necessary, but formal training is needed to perform the job satisfactorily.
