
Job description
Customer Service Representative will handle customer calls, emails, and chats, resolving product or service problems and providing exceptional customer service experience. The role is full-time and based in Cebu, PH.
Main responsibilities include call/email/chat handling, resolving customer issues, answering product and service questions, troubleshooting technical issues, and processing customer orders.
Ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, effective communication skills, and basic knowledge in computer navigation and MS Office applications.
